We are part of  Violet Vintage Rentals and that is where it all started for us.  Violet Vintage Rentals was founded in 2012 and is located in an adjoining space in Indianapolis, Indiana.   If you are interested in renting items, our stylists with Violet Vintage Rentals are here to help you bring your vision to life!  From our upscale seating options, to our colorful mismatched goblets or our unique backdrops, lounge seating and decor, we are your one stop shop to make the stress of hosting an event easier! The extra bonus?  There are no delivery fees on our rentals when you use our event and wedding venue! Violet Vintage Rentals is independently owned and we are proud to be a small local business in Indianapolis.

Your rental of the event space includes our tables and chairs!  We’ve got additional great items that are worth checking out with a 20% discount when you book our venue.  And did we mention that there are no delivery fees on our rentals when you use our event space or wedding venue?  And also, we believe in community over competition, so you are welcome to use any vendors of your choosing, but if it’s something that our rental company provides, just know that there will be an Outside Vendor Rental Fee.

Absolutely, you can!  We allow flexibility for all tastes, styles, and budgets.  All caterers and bartenders DO need to be licensed in Indiana.  If you need help choosing a vendor, we have a list of vendors in the central Indianapolis area that we’ve worked with in the past and would be happy to make some recommendations!

Pricing is hourly and varies by day of the week.   

  • Monday – Thursday is $185 / hour with a 2 hour minimum
  • Friday is $250 / hour with a 5 hour minimum
  • Saturday is $295 / hour with a 5 hour minimum
  • Sunday is $215 an hour with a 5 hour minimum

We do not have peak / non-peak rates.   Parking is on-site and free.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.  

You might have noticed that this is significantly cheaper than other downtown venues.  We are offering steep discounts in honor of our grand opening!  This offer won’t last long and will never be available again – secure your date soon!  Get in touch soon!

We can create packages based on your needs! We know that budgets are different and the venue is just one piece of your wedding or event.  We will include tables and chairs with the rental of the space.  We have a range of affordable options on additional items as well as discounts on event rentals from Violet Vintage Rentals.  

We can comfortably host 72-120 guests with table-style arrangements, and 126-144 guests with theater-style seating.

Our venue is an indoor space with an abundance of natural light.  Across the street is a small park with wild flowers – great for photos!

The 2240 square foot venue, tables, Vineyard chairs, and parking are all included because we know that you have other things you want to spend your hard earned money on! Plus, we are the only venue in town with so many table and chair options (depending on availability.) You can choose from the following tables: Kingston Farm Table, Emmit Hairpin Farm TableCharleston Farm Table, (each also available in a smaller Sweetheart size), 60 inch banquet round table, and a five foot half round table. You can even mix and match the farm tables and the rounds to get the look you want! Also included are a variety of chair options: Dark Vineyard Chairs, Light Vineyard Chairs, (cushions NOT included) or Ceil Chairs.  You can upgrade to our other chair options, based on availability. You can also add-on one or both of our Client Suites and you automatically get a 20% discount for any additional rentals from Violet Vintage Rentals!

Not included are the security deposit, cleaning fee, security services, room flipping services in the middle of your event, a catering and alcohol amenity fee, and an outside vendor fee (if applicable).  

We do not provide any bar service.  You can bring in your own licensed caterer or bar tenders. 

We will set up the included tables and chairs based on the pre-agreed floor plan.  If you also have lounges, backdrops, or upgraded chairs from Violet Vintage Rentals, we will also set that up for an additional fee.  You and your vendors handle the rest of the set up.  If you want to “flip the room” from ceremony seating to reception seating, that would be an additional charge.  You and your vendors clean up your stuff, we’ll clean up our stuff.  You remove everything brought into the venue (personal or event items including florals and decor).  We will clean up our space (sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc) after the event. 

Deposits are non-refundable. A credit card will need to be on file for any charges related to excessive cleanup or damages that is outside of the Security Deposit.  Credit card or ACH fees will be paid by the client. All music and musical performances must end by 10:30 pm. Alcohol service ends 1 hour prior to the end of the event. Client must have Special Event Liability insurance. All caterers and bar tenders must be appropriately licensed in Indiana.
