VV Events is located in the trendy Windsor Park neighborhood just off of Mass Ave near downtown Indianapolis with hip and progressive small businesses around us.
Our industrial style space is ideally suited to host all day weddings, corporate meetings, business retreats, showers, rehearsal dinners, charity events, fundraisers and more. Our venue is inside the Factory Arts District in Factory Arts North (what used to be known as the Circle City Industrial Complex or CCIC). When it was opened, it was known as the Schwitzer building, which was built in 1918 to produce auto components during the golden age of the automobile. The warehouse style building has been subdivided and now is over a half a million square feet of mixed use space near the corner of Mass Ave and 10th Street.
The vibe of the area is creative and local. Surrounded by forward thinking entrepreneurs with passion, our neighbors include 8th Day Distillery, SoChatti Vegan Chocolate, Centerpoint Brewing Company, Fowling Warehouse, and numerous other artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Opening soon is Factory Arts South with additional shopping and restaurants. and We are also close to the vibrant Botleworks District and Mass Ave – just minutes from Indy’s main entertainment district and the city’s best attractions. We are located in Central Indiana with access to interstates 70 and 65 nearby and are less than a 30 minute drive from Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, Avon, Greenfield, and Southport. We are about an hour from Bloomington and Columbus, Indiana. And did we mention that we have plenty of FREE parking for folks coming in from surrounding areas? Because we do!
