These rates are for private showroom rentals, hosted gatherings, workshops, demonstrations, client experiences, and private uses that need the room reserved beyond a standard creator session.
Photography, video, and brand-content sessions during weekday creator hours are priced separately so smaller shoots are not confused with private rental bookings.
Monday-Thursday daytime
Starting at $125/hour
Available 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a 2-hour minimum.
Friday-Sunday daytime
Starting at $150/hour
Available 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a 5-hour minimum.
Evening rentals
Additional $100/hour after 5:00 p.m.
Evening timing is reviewed based on the use, layout, staffing needs, and availability.
Required fees
$100 standard cleaning fee
$500 refundable security deposit
Final quotes may include approved catering, alcohol amenity, staffing, setup, reset, or suite add-ons when applicable.

Because the showroom is part of Violet Vintage Rentals, you can build your experience with distinctive seating, tables, bars, tabletop pieces, backdrops, rugs, lighting, and decor.
For approved showroom uses, qualifying Violet Vintage rentals may be available at a preferred rate without a separate delivery charge to the showroom.
